      Pros

      Great technology, . Incapsula cloud service is second to none. Data and WAF are market leading. Great people, tenured sales team are very strong and great presales

      Cons

      No marketing. Focus is all about the revenue numbers and nothing else. Feast and famine approach to allocation of resources. Field teams are world class struggling for resources and get limited support from central functions that seem to be ballooning in size.

      Thales acquisition...SKO was a joke!

      Can't see any after Thales acquisition!

      This company appears to be in a precarious state following the acquisition. The uncertainty and absorption by a non-cybersecurity-focused French company is a Red flag. Beginning with SKO, there has been significant disorganization, evidenced by an inadequate venue, small rooms, the misuse of slides for different regions, chaotic logistics with not enough chairs for attendees, insufficient food served in separate rooms without seating, no coffee or snacks for breaks.
