Strong business model - still has room for growth Financially strong and viable company Strong corporate governance incl. good checks and balances A good brand name within the IT outsourcing and off-shoring vendors space Company aspires to always go to the next level

Cons

Slowly the company seems to be becoming risk averse and too conservative - losing nimbleness and competitive edge Customer focus seems to be eroding Complacent middle management Not much work-life balance Compensation Benefits for employees outside India is not up to market levels
