Pros

For a freshers best time is training time at Mysore. Pay scale and increment are very slow but providing the other benefits like health insurance etc as all the big companies do

Cons

Same as other companies politics is playing a big role here seniors always try to keep the gun on juniors or fresher's shoulders so be careful and if you don't like politics then welcome to my team 😂

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen.
