      Great history and respected company. Salary is good. Great medical insurance. Location was in Oregon which is very pretty.

      Hectic and stressful. Lower salary than software guys.

      Love the 12 hour shifts and compressed work week, great work life balance

      Cons

      Management can be hit or miss depending on the area you are in. Can also be hard to move up when Intel is constantly switching around your toolsets.
