Industry leader, but position has plateaued - Marketing Director Intel Corporation Employee Review

Good place to grow early career.

Management direction is outdated for industry.

Pay and benefits were good. Vacation, sick time, holidays and sabbatical are good.

Intel has fallen for the DEI scam. Before DEI the company hired employess based on skills and experience. Today they only care about checking the boxes, they hire based on race and gender idiologies. There are numerous cases where those very DEI hires caused accidents, missed processes, and/or were simply unreliable employees. But because they fit that DEI box they never were fired or even given warnings.
