Pros
Decent salary - bench marked against market. Opportunity to work with many different nationalities and cultures (not common in Singapore). Opportunity to work closely with medical and security directors. What the company does is very exciting and interesting.
Cons
Departure of mgmt (reporting officer) which resulted in no directions in the division for a few months. Unfair penalisation of work done due to the departure of the mgmt. Lack of support from direct team. HR has to do more to buff up compensation and benefits for LOCAL and not focus on the EXPATS/FOREIGNERS in the company. Work-life balance is evident in the expat employees as you can see them heading out for gym or sports/other activities during office hours and afternoons.
