I have been working at International SOS full-time

    Pros

Nice office, work with interesting fun people, lots of opportunity for those with drive and energy, unparalleled international context and exposure.

    Cons

Matrix organization, often changing, which may not suit some. You need a lot of patience and flexibility to get roles locked in. Working with international timezones may not suit all and frequent overseas travel is expected.
