Pros
International environment. You learn an awful lot. You get to see the good, the bad and the ugly. You see lots of very good ideas and some not so good ideas (like how not to motivate people).
Cons
The Company is obviously struggling. Almost every business faces bumps in the road or periods of real difficulty but you know when challenging headwinds have become serious financial problems when you can't pay your employees their bonuses and salary increases on time. And we are talking about just negligible increases and 50% bonuses! No wonder employee turnover is so high!
