Local Asia Managment doesn't know the products, given working there so many years. Also, doesn't know how to set expectations to top management team and local management will just lay off employees to protect itself, which there were no warnings to the employees. Doesn't understand the local market and 200% rely on local BDMs/AMs, and not willing to take responsibility when escalation needed. If you are looking for a career path, this is not sales driven career path even if you achieve your targets, there are many more considerations from the managements to ask for a higher title.
