Pros
Fantastic team and friendly, supportive colleagues and managers. Shift-work means greater flexibility and good overall work-life balance. There are also opportunities for career progression and relocation. The London office is in a good location in Chiswick. The pay is not bad and the company benefits are decent, especially the private medical insurance.
Cons
The nature of the job means that it can be quite stressful at times. As a consequence, the staff turnover is quite high. The company also seems to be clamping down on working from home (but not always treating all employees equally in this respect). Otherwise nothing much to mention here.
