Pros

Great people, I truly value and appreciate the people I work with and the teams in my office. There is a very connected family feel here that makes me look forward to coming to work every day. I am also given many opportunities to diversify my job role and develop my career here. Intuit honours their core values and I see that modelled at every level time and again. Integrity without compromise, without fail.

Cons

There have been a number of re-orgs that have caused negative impact to teams to get scrambled requiring extra efforts to redefine ownership and role clarity and in some cases big gaps that take time to scaffold. However painful I do feel the company has done a great job of providing transparency to these business decisions, and it is short term pain for long term gain.

Pros

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Cons

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
