Pros
-There is a lot of internal mobility opportunities and managers (at least the ones that I have reported to) encourage ongoing development, career growth and trying out new roles and skill sets. In my 8 years at Intuit, I have changed teams about every 2 years (intentionally), and it's really helped me get a broader perspective of the org, but has also really diversified my skillsets. -The company has a powerful mission (Powering Prosperity Around the World) and you really feel like your work has meaning and is helping to make people's lives better. -Our CEO, Brad Smith, is easily one of the BEST leaders in tech...or really anywhere. His passion, clarity of vision, and commitment to Intuit's values is always inspiring, and it's an honor to be on his team and witness his leadership,
Cons
-It's a matrix org, so there can be a lot of cooks in the kitchen sometimes which can slow down decisions. But leadership is actively addressing this.
