Pros
The benefits are really great. I would say the best I have had working in this field. I would also add the company culture is awesome. I recently took a day off due to illness and my manager messaged me to check in the next day. It is a great feeling to know also that when I clock out I can focus solely on my family and other responsibilities.
Cons
I really feel that intuit does their best to address any complaints I would have by offering a variety or perks. There is also at home workout classes and places to talk about issues outside of work. I would like to have a standing desk though... ;-)
