      Product could use an uplift - which it is Very dated tech - hard to find engineers who would know the tech, high learning curve

      People, Good central office (Melbourne) Staff benefits are ok

      Cons

      Engineering management is a let down - poor behaviours, micromanagement, lack of trust - the list can go on. Seems to get swept under the carpet or ignored so patterns continue to fester and have for years.
