In terms of salary/reward, we aim to provide an all-round package of salary/benefits that rewards people for their contribution/performance and which is competitive in local markets. While I appreciate your view on managers is based on your personal experience, it is not a view that is shared by the large majority of people at Iress. In our most recent full people survey, 81% said their manager was a great role model and 79% said they know what they need to be successful in their role.

      Pros

      A great sized company where you can move between teams for entirely new experiences and domains but with the familiarity of a larger organisation. Great community spirit and policies that work for employees. Trust from leaders without micro management. Desire from leaders to do things the "right way"A great sized company where you can move between teams for entirely new experiences and domains but with the familiarity of a larger organisation. Willingness to invest in technology to make staff life easier (Gsuite/zoom/slack - well before their time)

      The scale of the business sometimes impacts speed of delivery and agility. Recent salary reviews haven't kept pace with industry inflation. Over burdened middle tier managers spend more time firefighting than strategising
