      Collaborative team environment. Thursday drinks.

      Cons

      Experience & expertise is undervalued in favour of executive team bonuses. Salaries are below market (current role is + 45k p.a). One half of the company is disengaged, micro-managed and disillusioned while the other half pat themselves on the back, Constant restructuring & cost cutting in product and service areas while simultaneously recruiting executive leadership and sales is a bad look.

      I am assuming your feedback is made in the context of the transformation we have been through over the past 18 months. This was a tough process for the company and for our people but it was required to re-invent our world-class core platforms and capabilities, and to position us for future success.       People, Good central office (Melbourne) Staff benefits are ok

      Cons

      Engineering management is a let down - poor behaviours, micromanagement, lack of trust - the list can go on. Seems to get swept under the carpet or ignored so patterns continue to fester and have for years.
