      Pros

      Lower level team members are willing to collaborate and want what is best for the company.

      Cons

      Management! The Chair and CEO are some of the most unscrupulous individuals. CEO is extraordinarily unprofessional when someone disagrees with his views and literally refuses to accept alternate perspectives, be it team members, senior staff, some LT and even the Board. CEO and Chair remaining will continue to destroy the organisation of its culture, value and any integrity. It's NOT PEXA! Bringing in more consultants and putting in PEXA people just to salvage some rating numbers for the Chair and CEO will not help and just makes them look more unethical and is a reflection of their complete disregard for the company and its people!

      People, Good central office (Melbourne) Staff benefits are ok

      Cons

      Engineering management is a let down - poor behaviours, micromanagement, lack of trust - the list can go on. Seems to get swept under the carpet or ignored so patterns continue to fester and have for years.
