      Pros

      Overall, this is a very collaborative place to work. There's a good vibe right now, especially with the company seeing some great results. They're clearly committed to doing the right thing for their customers and employees. The flexibility is a major plus—only three days in the office, and they've given us eight extra long weekends a year. They're also improving our tech and are serious about using AI to make our work more efficient. It's nice to see that they're listening to employee feedback and trying to improve the company culture.

      Cons

      While most people are great, there are a few leaders who need to put their agendas aside and focus on what's best for the company—our people, our customers, and our shareholders. Career progression is also a real challenge if you're not in Australia, as a lot of key roles seem to be reserved for people based there. It's also worth noting that a lot of what you see on social media and other review sites from former employees isn't accurate. There's a lot of misinformation out there from people who haven't worked here for a while and don't know what the culture is like now.

      Pros

      A great sized company where you can move between teams for entirely new experiences and domains but with the familiarity of a larger organisation. Great community spirit and policies that work for employees. Trust from leaders without micro management. Willingness to invest in technology to make staff life easier (Gsuite/zoom/slack - well before their time)

      Cons

      The scale of the business sometimes impacts speed of delivery and agility. Recent salary reviews haven't kept pace with industry inflation. Over burdened middle tier managers spend more time firefighting than strategising
