Very little, one or two good colleagues
Cons
No training, no boss, no advice, no support, no strong discipilinary leadership. Abundant hangers on, admin, Hr, Health nd Safety and other non-producers.Its incredible how the company survives with number of non-billable people it has. Must outnumber billable staff by far.
