Fired with no notice - ACAS Administrator Jacobs Employee Review

Received an email for a meeting at 830 for a meeting at 930. Was fired on the spot alongside 50 other people "due to budgets for the new option year." No severance, no warning, threatened to be escorted from the building when we asked questions. But on the bright side they offered us a box for our belongings, so that was super awesome of them... Our team lead didn't even know this was happening. An executive stood in the back of the room silently looming over us all during the meeting. Incredibly shady company that will fire you for absolutely no reason. The turnover is on average one year at Jacobs. Avoid at all costs.
