Pros
most people are great to work with, government labor laws regarding comp time and overtime are fantastic, the work itself at KSC is interesting
Cons
compensation is below industry average and the health insurance is really awful. it is really shameful this is what is offered for the technical staff on america's space program and it isn't surprising most people who were able left for blue origin or space x which have decent healthcare benefits and +30% higher salaries.
