      Pros

      Good exposure if you are lucky (cross your finger that you do not have to work so hard that your hourly rates make no sense).

      Cons

      Politics, a lot. The system creates a lot of politics. It means to be so. You have to know how to play to survive. Management really does not care about you. It is all about ME in the advisory practice. You do the work, I get the revenue and promotion. It is not "you eat what you kill", but rather, "you eat what you and I kill". How well a client is served is not part of the reward and promotion system, sorry to say that.

      Good learning environment, the teams help support your development when you're new, and they take you under their wing to succeed in your role.

      Cons

      It is a grind, work-life balance can become nonexistent, and it can be draining.

      Pros

      Good Benefits - Get the week of the fourth of July and the week of Christmas off every year.

      Cons

      They say we are doing well but everyone is stagnant. No real opportunities to get promoted or raises. Gone through 3 layoffs. Management says that no one is leaving because they love working there but no one is leaving because the market is bad. That is the reason for a backlog of folks trying to move up.
