I have been working at KPMG full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Huge variety of client work across different sectors
    - Chances to work outside your speciality across different areas of the business (for non-London offices)
    - Exceptional at investing in employee training and wellbeing - in your first few years they will spend more on your development than you can imagine
    - Great networking opportunities

    Cons

    - At some times of the year (e.g. January busy period) you can work overtime without a guaranteed reward (there are some reward mechanisms though)
    - Work can sometimes be boring in some sectors
    - You don't often get to interact with senior staff as they aren't often in the office

    Advice to Management

    - Invest in digital working (e.g. video conferencing) - makes our lives easier
    - Improve knowledge management (it's not bad on a local level, I mean nationally)
