Pros
-Starting salary of 65,000 is pretty good right out of college. They also offer relocation of 10,000 for out of state or 5,000 in state. Taxes on relocation are much higher than those on salary and so they will knock these numbers down by almost 50% but still a nice relocation. -The company is very invested in the well-being and happiness of their employees. -Some of the best managers I have ever worked for, who are supportive and patient with new hires. -Working in an amazing office in WTC 3. It has been very quiet with Covid though and I'm looking forward to there being more energy in the office hopefully in the near future. -Exposed to work throughout many different areas within the company, and then given some direction on what you most enjoy and where you want to go with it.
Cons
-They throw a lot of information at you in the beginning and none of it really sticks until you start actually doing the work and being exposed to the job itself. This is likely true of trainings at almost any company though. Overall, it has been great working at Kantar and I couldn't be happier!
