Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

What can I say? The management have neglected the business and its employees for years. Kantar are big fans of towing the party line of "people are out main asset", but this does not translate on the ground. Everyone is working defensively. There is a culture of blame. It got worse after the Precise/Kantar Media merger. The Precise management team took their foot off the gas and their superiors did not seem to care. This left a trail of destruction that will take many years to put right. In the meantime, the original Precise management have all departed. Morale is very low. There is no reward for work. No praise. The lack of communication is the worst I have ever known in a company. One colleague described it as a "fear factory".

Pros

I get to work with interesting topics, and occasionally on other projects depending on my skills. Nice and chatty staff and overall good atmosphere in the office. Great team manager and colleagues! Gender balance is pretty much 50/50, there is a kitchen with tables to sit, and the entrance door is broken most of the time. You get two extra days of holidays after one year, followed by one day per year until you reach the limit. The awful HR team was outsourced to France! The hot chocolate is good and you get paid overtime.

Cons

Career advancement prospects are low and no salary increase! A lot of projects are outsourced and chunks of the night and day teams were outsourced to an Indian company, which does a terrible job. If you hear that your work will be replaced by Wipro then run for your life. Only 20 days holiday in your first year + public holidays, which is only 27! Windows can't be opened, poor ventilation and the occasional rat running around. The coffee is terrible! They also take donations from staff that they give to charities, which they later brand as money coming from their own profit, the dammed scroungers.

Pros

Fair work-life balance (depending on the team you are part of). Nice office, nice atmosphere (depending on the division you are part of)

Cons

No progression. Low salary, skales are all over the place and don't make any sense, job titles don't mean anything and you end up managing people who earn more than you. Just shocking to see how everything related to salaries and skales is not transparent. aligned, fair and reasonable. Everything HR-related is lengthy and complicated, you have to fight for yourself and you often feel unheard. Not a place to work if you expect fairness and transparency. Expect a bonus only if you are 80+ skale or part of sales. If you don't bring the money in, you are no one to the business. Quite a shame, as if they'd really walk their talk this could be a great company to work for, but it's not at the moment.
