Pros
Kantar is superficially nice, like the west coast - they say the right things, celebrate Pride and diversity, etc. Work-life balance is good.
Cons
Their primary product is restructuring - they are owned by a private equity firm with inscrutable goals that is constantly shuffling people around, laying them off and hiring new people for less money. The executives try, but there are too many of them and it's abundantly clear that they don't really have that much power to do anything, so they get inflated job titles instead. The layoffs seem completely random - you'll be working on a project with someone and then they're just gone. People get magically laid off right before the 3 year 401k vestment period would have ended and the matching funds disappear.
