      Large International business, opportunities to work with a diverse range of clients

      Cons

      Poor opportunities for development. No salary increases for the last 5 years. Poor bonuses. Local leadership don't have the power to change this. Global leadership don't appear to care and can't relate to the employees who actually generate the revenue that pays their prodigious salaries and bonuses.

      Pros

      I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

      Cons

      Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

      Can feel like a small fish in a big pond with such a large company, hard to feel a sense of culture when working fully remote
