Pros
Work from home flexibility, 15 PTO + 10 paid sick days a year, opportunity to work with some brilliant colleagues and gain exposure to incredible Intellectual Property
Cons
Everything else. Leadership seems to view its employees as dispensable. -Employees are paid below the median (and have access to Pay Database to prove it) -Very few USEFUL learning and development resources/opportunities applicable to roles -Too hierarchical in structure, important changes and requests for resources have a long approval and implementation process - too many hoops to jump through -Job roles/descriptions don’t align -People are continuously looking for opportunities elsewhere because of limited opportunities for growth and low pay -No sales training or enablement -No team collaboration -Revenue-over-talent mindset from leadership Was at organization for over a year with no finalized compensation plan in place; was working in a Sales functionality and received zero commissions that were promised to myself and my team throughout my time there. We would reach out to HR and leadership (up to the C-Suite!) and our requests would be put off time and time again. You can’t incentivize a young sales team without incentives or at the the bare minimum, giving them at least KPIs or even outlined career paths to help them stay motivated
