      Pros

      Worked in the Atlanta office. Great overall office where everyone works together to help one another. It's a great environment - large company, but small family office feel within the Atlanta office. Great managing partner.

      Cons

      Somewhat long hours. If you want to continue on to principal and partner, you must work off of sales which was a deterrent to me.

      Pros

      I am a consultant through a firm acquired by Korn Ferry and have had a great experience with both the firm (Salo) and with Korn Ferry as a parent company. Great to have benefits and PTO as a consultant and great training and resources available - good communication as well!

      Cons

      Transitional period during acquisition had a few bumps but nothing major and all ironed out as more time has gone on.

      Flexibility, working from home, company encouraged growth, 10% 401K match with a discretionary additional match and discretionary bonus.

      Cons

      Haven't gotten a cost of living or merit increase in over 5 years.
