Pros
A lot of smart, talented people. PTO allotments were reasonable and the extra holiday time at the end of the year was nice.
Cons
On the consulting side, there are so many projects reporting to so many different people that you constantly feel like you're not measuring up. You can really burn the midnight oil to get everything done and still feel like you're failing. Your direct supervisor has little insight into all you are doing, so there is little positive feedback in these cases.
