Pros
LBG Group Digital has a real focus on digital financial solutions and how they can take 'banking' to the next level. with a dedicated building with over 1000 staff dedicated to DT, eCommerce, Ops etc the vision and drive is there to be one of the leading digital banks in the UK
Cons
Although the desire to achieve the above is there, traditional problems such as industry and legislation from parts of the company that do not understand how digital works; or indeed the speed in which it changes and moves hinders the progress for some very talented individuals.
