      Pros

      Great programs with unique technical challenges that matter to the country. One of the best primes to work for as an engineer.

      Cons

      To much bureaucracy and it is difficulty to move to next level. Sr leaders are chosen by personality and not by experience delivering critical missions. Dedicated SMEs busy delivering are passed over by less dedicated team members lacking critical skillsets that focus on networking over delivering the mission.

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
