      Great benefits, the people take their work seriously, the talent is incredible, there are tons of opportunities and you can move all over the company and they love for their employees to move around within the company

      Cons

      while there are lots of opportunities there are less hands on positions for an engineering company than I expected, Though they definitely are out there

      Pros

      High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, I need to come up with twenty words of cons. When in reality after 41+ years in IT, I have no cons for Lockheed Martin. They are not perfect, but highly acceptable.
