Pros
High tech balanced with a desire to help the customer solve difficult problems. Ethics is at the core of all Lockheed Martin does while balancing the need to preform a job with budget to the specifications of the contract.
Cons
There are those in the Lockheed Martin management chain of command who don't really follow through with the true principles of the company. This is not unlike many companies, but is really disappointing when they try to get rid of the older workers.
