Big company with big name, co-workers are friendly, 401k and you only work 4 days a week even its gonna be 10 hours a day.
Cons
very poor communication between departments, teams. Managements are not really familiar with new technology, they have zero knowledge of modern software, so sometimes you feel like you are surrounded by a bunch of gold fish.
