Pros
Fair compensation and pension plan pretty much sums it up. Improved management-employee interaction via townhalls. New CEO is better than his predecessors but he has a long way to go.
Cons
Terrible work life balance, 60-80 hour work week is normal, frequent turnarounds. Management in the C suite acts as shills, they have the oratorical skills to influence gullible employees. Management tries to own and micromanage employees. Bare minimum benefits which are not even at par with other chemical companies.
