Pros
Very little left that is considered a pro. Most of the actual talent has left or is looking to leave. Pay is close to competitive. Benefits falling below the competition and home life balance - JOKE!
Cons
Lack of respect for anyone who came from one of the legacy companies. Forced ranking for bonus, which leves little room for anyone to care about really working hard as it does not really pay off. Its still the good old boy network. The executives need to get their hands out of the cookie jar and somebody needs to watch the shop.
