Pros
LYB is a Fortune 500 company that will provided you with stellar industry experience. They have efficient an effective operational practices that you will not find at smaller/mid-size corporations. Many working individuals have 10-20 years of tenure, so the downward knowledge share is invaluable! Company is a great resume builder.
Cons
LYB operates as an extremely lean organization which means you will be pressed to work OT. It also means you would often be doing the workload of at least 2-3 Full Time employees. Much of upper management have been active employees since there teenage years and they have adopted heavily recruiting college students which they can work abuse. These overworked college grads receive very low pay in comparison to workloads allocated. There is a high burnout culture and extremely low employee morale. Most stay workers are extremely miserable but stay due to "hopes" of a better future. For many, a promotion only equates to a 1-3% salary increase (less than $5k). LYB requires in office work and historically micromanages desks.
