Cons
- LONG days talking to global teams early in the morning and late at night - Lack of coordination between projects and teams. Different execs will ask teams to work on conflicting projects without any coordination, - Constant fire drills trying to launch new things and to fix broken things on top of years of tech debt and teams left out of projects until the last minute. - Too many company ownership changes: Public, Intel owned, PE-owned, public, splitting in half, going private again. - C-level leadership churn. Who is in charge now? - Product experience is an embarrassment. Not delivering on the vision.
