Unless your role is in India it's likely you have a target on your back as huge growth in low cost staffing is driving cost saving efforts and the shift to India. Office closures and downsizing just about every location apart from India. McAfee tries be diverse to its detriment, often publicly highlighting work done in these areas. The downside to this is often weaker candidates are hired to meet diverse criteria and even stronger employees let go during restructuring under the guise of being diverse.

Once you join don't expect your salary to rise by much no matter how good you are. After a couple of years other companies are more competitive which makes it very tempting to leave. Very inexperienced people managers don't know how to treat employees and keep moral high. Constant fire fighting and a short term view on everything. Constant reorgs make people less productive. Experience is not valued.
