- The job is generally easy - A good chance to add to your work experience - Allows you to have a good feel of customer service jobs, even in jobs not explicitly for customer service.
Cons
- Attracts a lot of complaining customers (Probably due to the high amount of traffic in stores and low standards set for low level employees)
