Pros
Ok wages, some fringe benefits,local and easy to commute to. Bonuses are fine.Some decent colleagues working alongside.recent refit making break time bit better with comfortable seating areas and Wi-Fi installed.
Cons
Poor moral, unsympathetic management, poorly supplied and maintained equipment, hiring part time people instead of full time is just "papering over the cracks". Really bad lack of staff .
