I have been working at Morrisons part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The main pros of working at Morrisons are shift flexibility- managers are very accommodating, the pay is fair for a days work especially for students where the minimum wage is terrible and the environment is appealing to work in.

    Cons

I'd say the only con is the training you receive is virtually non-existent it's very much learn as you do.

    Pros

colleagues and friendship and benefits and generally a good place to work

    Cons

I was in a road accident ,and nearly died through no fault of my own,yet I was only given SSP the last 2 weeks of recovery, and nobody knows why,and nobody in the whole company seems to give a dam .What if it happened to those whom gave the decision!!

    Advice to Management

Need to put into practise what the rule book says ,and pay full company sick pay when a colleague has something untowards happen to them, and not to try and save money with derisory SSP
