17hA strong culture and great people can make a real difference to day to day experience, so it is good to see those come through clearly in your feedback from Toronto.
At the same time, your point on pay levels and the pace of promotions is understood. Feeling that progression is fair and timely is important, particularly for colleagues who are growing their careers and taking on more responsibility. We continue to review how we strengthen both transparency and consistency in these areas.
