Management are lads who are friends inside and outside work, very much so a lads environment with selective lasses being able to be in their 'Click'. Same people receive recognition....as always. Management have no idea how to deal with a situation so sit back down in a corner and escalate to HR. Lack of respect and support for staff, multiple processes not followed. However, there isn't a process on Bullying but they do make one up as they go along so that's positive. Lie about salaries say one figure to staff then another figure in their job advertisements so be careful what your actual salary will be IF you decide to accept a job offer. In one of the reviews it mentioned FB friendships between Managers & HR....I see that these reviews are being digested as these wonderful friendships have now been hid.
