      Very limited opportunities in Canada, especially with the US consistently taking jobs Senior leadership positions in Canada are given to American employees for temporary terms leading to inadequate focus on Canadian business and employees Employees are not paid the same as American counterparts Some managers do not embody Nike ethics

      Employee discount, store cleanliness, work structure, mentality. 2-3 leaders are exceptional

      Unstable hours, favoritism, leadership not addressing troublemakers in a timely manner and chit chatting with employees, allowing them to slack off in customer service
