Amazing team members, stock options, 401K match, prioritize mental health (especially during the pandemic), good PTO hours. A place people love to work at for a reason!
Cons
For my role specifically, nearly every new hire starts as a contractor. Permanent employment depends on if a position opens up on the team, which is very competitive for a reason. Lower pay than desired.
