      WLB,salary wise good hike depends on company’s profit on that year it is same as other company’s 3 to 7%.

      mostly project releases occur , have to search again for projects

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
