Work flexibility, collaboration and quality of peers, ability to have influence and exceed customer expectations is excellent within the Services organization.
Cons
Career advancement opportunities are non existent. Bonus compensation has been eliminated or converted to a pool with no explanation after 6 months of silence. Benefits are being slashed (medical premiums sky rocketing and family deductibles doubling), 401k matching benefit significantly reduced.
