      1. Thick air of politics 2. No perks/benefits 3. Incapable leads and managers 4. Lack of appreciation and motivation 5. No proper facilities like canteen, breakout areas etc.

      Pros

      You got a check, The product and my insured were why I came to work. I love helping the members. Enjoyed weekly touch base meetings.

      Cons

      Senior agents put in place of the newbies were the worse. If you were not a part of the CLIQUE your opinion or voice did not matter. They bully their employees and my dept turn over rate should be studied.
